You have not mentioned your category and state.The cut off is different for each category, home state candidates and other state candidates.Please mention your category and the state to which you belong to.Nevertheless, your expected rank will be around 286773.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100

where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.In April session 1200000 are expected to appear then your expected rank can be calculated using (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100

Now, assuming that you belong to general category and belong to delhi state considering your rank it is not possible to get seat in DTU.You may not even qualify JEE main.You may need to appear in April session and do well.In 2019 the cut off for general category were as follows for each branch
