Hi !

Yes , you can surely a get a seat in AIIMS delhi because if we consider previous year's data , 236 was the closing rank for admission into AIIMS delhi , and you have much more rank than this , so there are very high chances for you to get a seat in AIIMS delhi , rest it depends on each year's cutoff. But you have a grreat margin , so you are on the safer side.
