I guess you've got 70% in 12th.With that you are eligible for BA hons in journalism or BA in Mass communication.
But you have to make sure you've got above 60 marks in English.
For these courses if you choose for reknowned colleges you have to qualfiy for the entrance exams that they will conduct.

If you will qualify for the test then sure you chances of getting admission will be likely high.
