Hii,

You can apply for Sinhgad, D Y Patil ,PCCOE etc but there there are no chances of getting cs, it or also may be ece.

also sending you cut off 2016-17

No, tfws is impossible for your preffered branch.But if you are thinking of fees you have option for ebc scholarship . You just have to pay 50% fees by applying this scholarship. but its family income criteria should be below 6 lakh. Hope this clears your doubt.
