hello aspirant,

Each year the cutoff changes due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper, category etc.so cutoffs keep varying each year.according to previous year trends and last year cutoff the cutoff for obc category was 70-75 percentile .now based on this its tough to analyse .however the cutoffs for jeemain is going to be released in may after all the jeemain sessions are done.based on previous year analysis you have few chances to get qualified to jee advanced.dont lose hope you have two more sessions work hard and acheive better score.if you want to fetch seat in top nits, iiits you need minimum of 96-98+ is a must.for more information regarding cutoffs and closing ranks you can refer to: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

to get a personalised report on what all choices of colleges you will have for your rank refer to: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

hope this helps,

thankyou.

Hello Aspirant,

See the qualifying cut-off percentiles which needs to be cleared by any candidate to sit in JEE-Advance is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2021 the final result will be released after all four attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts.

However basis on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-

  • Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile
  • GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50- 55 Percentile
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40- 45 Percentile
  • PwD - 1-2 Percentile

So if you are having around 70 percentile in JEE-Main 2021 than you have some chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 but note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis . You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-
