According to you,  you got 70 percentile in JEE Mains then your rank would be around 306900 - 345000 . It is very difficult to predict the college because  you do not mention your state region. And you are belonging to SC category then you have SC category quota.

You do not mention your state region. There is minimum chance to get admission in top colleges. But there is many good colleges in which there is  chance to get admission such as :-

LPU Phagwara,

Xavier University,Bhubaneswar,

Mangalmay Group Institutions, Greater Nodia,etc.
