Hello Palak,
You cannot get any government college in this percentile.
To clear Jee main JAN 85 percentile is require by candidate to clear the exam.
To get CFTIs,GFTIs you percentile should be above 85 .
To get CS/IT branch your percentile should be above 88 .
You should go for April Jee main to fetch seat in government college.
To increase your percentile you should do model question paper with revision of concepts.
It will help you to increase your percentile in a limited time period.
