Hello...

With this percentile this time sadly it will be very difficult for you to get seat. Because up to even 80 percentile you can get seat in B.Arch this time but with 71 percentile it is too difficult to get admission.

But you can try for some private college which take admission on jee percentile in B.arch and it will helps you.
