As the percentile mentioned by you your score is between 35-40 marks This is not enough for you to fetch you any Government college on General rank but if you comes under any reserved category then there is a chance because as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
