Take a private college and parallely with your graduation u can prepare for civil services or else other exams or u may take a year drop and prepare for jee, medical,whatever is your stream

with btech u wouldn't be able to give proper time for other things but if you choose bsc then u have enough extra time to do other preparations as well, so take your decision carefully
