Hello Vamsi,
Yes ofcourse, you have done very well and got a good rank in the entrance exam where you can easily get CSE or any other branch in the KL university.As opening and closing rank to get admission in KL university are 7000 to 15000 according to previous year's cutoff.so,be relaxed because there are the full chances to get a seat in KL university.You can apply for any branch in which you are interested and you will definitely get a good branch in that university.
