Joint Admission Counselling, Delhi is done for admissions to the participating colleges - DTU , IGDTUW, NSIT and IIIT Delhi. The application procedure has already begun and the application fee is Rs 1500. The admissions are on the basis of the JEE Mains ranks and only 15% seats are reserved for outside Delhi candidates.

So, in my opinion it would be useless for you to participate in the JAC as the closing ranks for all the colleges for outside Delhi region has been around 25000 - 26000 for the last 2 to 3 years.
