Yes you can get pharmacy but only lower end. Colleges under MHTCET as follows :

Rajarshi shahu college of pharmacy
MUP college of pharmacy
Indira Bahudesshiy shijshan sanstha college of pharmacy
Shri gurudutta shikshan prasarak sanstha institute of pharmacy.

Chnaces withtop colleges under Pharmacy is very less as cutoffs above 140marks.
