Sorry to say you can't get civil engineering branch in MBM, Jodhpur. According to previous year cutoffs, your rank can't get a seat. 

And 12th mark doesn't matter in admission in REAP counselling. Only your jee main marks matter.

You can try for non-popular branches like chemical engineering and production engineering.
