See ur rank is not that good enough for h to grab a seat in the good Colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. U should be going for the private Institution like LPU , MANIPAL etc for ur btech career.as they might provide u some of the concession in the fees structure. I m providing u a link for ur help.
