Hello aspirant,

If your percentage are 75 then it means that in totality, you have got 75 percent marks from the aggregate of maximum marks of subjects you have appeared in.

Or we can say that if the maximum marks of every subject is 100 then on an average you have got 75 marks in each of them.

Your marks will depend on the number of subjects you have. The total marks plays a huge role in deciding the percentage. For example: If you have 6 subjects in class 10th of 100 marks each then the total marks is 600 and the marks you scored will be: 75*6= 450. Hence, the marks that you got are 450/600.

If you have 5 subjects, then you can replace 6 and apply the formula accordingly.
