It isn't possible to get NITs or any other college in JOSAA COUNSELLING with that percentile. 

If CSAB special round counselling is done then you may get seat in North Eastern NITs or NIT Srinagar as the cutoff falls drastically. 

Also you may get GFTIs like GGU BILASPUR, HNB GARHWAL, GKV HARIDWAR and TEZPUR UNIVERSITY depending upon how much the cutoff falls.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes.
