The rank prediction for you percentage is approximately 1-2 lakhs. If you belong to the general category ,this rank is not enough for you to secure a seat in IIT's,NIT's. It is better that you try in private engineering colleges under B category seats.
But if you belong to SC/ST category you can secure a seat in North Indian colleges like NIT Mizoram,Meghalaya but ,you will not be able to get a seat in CSE,IT.
If you are of general category unfortunately you have not cleared JEE Mains 2019 cutoff as the cutoff was 89 percentile. You are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 and JEE Advance 2019. But still there are many private and government colleges which provide admissions on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains.
