You might be aware that there are total around 20,000 seats in NITs. With 27% reserved for OBC NCL category, the demand of seats in NIT is very high. With 75 percentile marks your rank is in excess of 2L in CRL. Thus your chances of getting NIT is very less. You can still hope for some newest IIITs and GFTIs through JoSaa counseling.
Some newer IIITs are run inside NIT campus so you might get that NIT life with a seat in IIIT also. You should check for other state engineering colleges also and keeping all options open is the best advise I can give you right now. I hope it helps.

No you cannot get any NIT with a rank you mentioned. Check out the cutoff of the NITs from the link below

This will give you a brief idea of where you stand. But definitely you can go for any private engineering college if you had given any other examination or the college which accept the main marks.
