Computer science has a better scope than IT.You would first need to apply for jee mains as it is mandatory for most of the colleges.according to your marks combined with jee you will then have to search for best colleges
Nit,vit,mit,coep,etc are one of the best colleges.I recommend you to search best colleges according to your location
