I got 76 percentile in jee and from sc category.any chances to good nits,iiits or gftis?

With 76 percentile, your rank would have been somewhere near 300k in CRL.
Bt since you have mentioned that you are a SC candidate, you would probably get a good Government engineering college for pursuing B.Tech.
If you are a Delhi candidate, you can go for NSUT and DTU because you would definitely get admission in that.
However if you belong to some other state, I would suggest you to refer previous cut offs at
www.josaa.nic.in

Then it can be a problem because it has 85% seats reserved for Delhi region candidates.
