The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But based on this percentile the chances seems less to qualify the exam or get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs as General category.

You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
