IcT Wadala, Government college of engineering, COE Pune, VJTI are some top Government engineering college.

Unfortunately cutoff is above 145 marks for all and hence yiur chances are very less.

You can get CSE at private engineering colleges like following :

SS jondhale college of engineering
Keystone school of engineering
PK Technical Campus Pune
GH raisoni college of engineering
Vasantdada patil Institute of technology
DY Patil Institute of Technology
