To be honest, it is difficult to predict the actual qualifying score for JEE Advanced eligibility at this moment.  However, according to many calculations, if you have a percentile above 85 then you have a decent chance to qualify. In your case, you have not specified your category but if you belong to general category or EWS or even OBC category, it would be really tough for you to qualify for Jee Advanced based on these scores.
