i got 77.4 %ile in jee mains januray and if in april my marks got deducted then what will be my final jee main 2019 score

You said that you have scored 77.4 %ile in the jan attempt and if you would get less marks in april attempt then best of the two are taken.
The system is like that best of the two attempts are taken and a rank list is created and you will be alloted seats
Your final score will be the best one.
Hope you get more marks i april attempt

NTA has declared that the highest marks among both the exams will be considered .
