With 86 Percentile in JEE mains, your rank would be more than 200000 in the common rank list. With this rank you won't be able to get any seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Also, even of you have reservation category you won't be getting any seats.
You can try to improve your score in the second session of JEE mains which will be conducted in September 2020. You have plenty of time for that.
