Hello.
Is the mentioned percentile ,of your JEE mains paper 1? If yes then and it is quite difficult task to calculate your actual rank but we can calculate your expected all India rank by using the below formula which would be: 187,966.
(100-your total percentile score)* 869010/100.
here 869010 is the number of candidate appeared for the JEE mains January session exam.
As you didn't mention your category so I am considering it for general category accordingly you have chances of admission in the following colleges with (general category+ home state quota+ male candidate).

Rajarshi shahu college of Engineering , Pune (in Btech in ECE.)
Bajaj institute of technology wardha (in BTech CSE.)
