For a private college, you have to check their cutoff individually as there are many private colleges in India. you can check MIT Pune, even from this year IPU is also considering Jee Mains score, so you can apply for these colleges also.

To get admission in NITS or IIITS as general category student need to have a percentile more than 97%. With this percentile getting a government college is difficult though you could get admission in average private colleges affiliated to jee mains.
