As the cutoff ranks of this year has not been declared yet, according to the previous year's cutoffs and trends, with an OBC rank of 7,000 it is unlikely you can get admission in any NIT's. However, if you have state domicile, you can get into the following universities - 

• National Institute of Technology, Raipur
• National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur
