As the percentile mentioned by you is not enough for you to fetch you any NIT or government college on your category rank but you will definitely get some good private college on this percentile of your desired branch. As you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You have not mentioned your home state and the branch you want to choose. You can get a seat in some NITs only if you come under the Home State Quota.
