According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approximately close to 2.4 lakh and your category rank will be close to 80,000 and with this rank you will not able to get seat in NIT silchar or agartala.

It depends on your rank wether you will be able to get it or not.Though the cut of NITs of north India is low but still you need decent score.

80%ile is low and you have less chance.
