Yes you can get but based on the rank you have mentioned your score should be around 40-49 which I am afraid is low for government college seat in veterinary and agriculture. The cutoffs are decided based on number of people who appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, number of seats available etc. However, you may try sure try for private colleges.
