This percentile is good but try to get more than 95 percentile for yourself to get best college.

You can also apply for best private colleges like SRM, VITEE ,.. With this percentile you can definitely get good private college.

As you've mentioned that you've scored 80.1 percentile in JEE mains and Belong to St category then at this percentile you might get Government or semi government colleges but getting much demanded branches would be a problem eg- CS. Coming to NITs your chances are extremely low to get even the lower NITs.

You can apply for colleges such as Thapar University, Chandigarh University and many other such esteemed universities.
