As you have not mentioned your category so I am considering you as General Candidate and if you are general candidate then you have not qualify the JEE MAIN as this year cutoffs is 89% but your percentile is 80%.

Hence it would be impossible for you to get any government college but you can try your luck in private colleges.I can not mention specifically because it depends on your priorities and you have to check it out individually.
