You have not mentioned your category if you are from general category then you have not qualified the entrance exam so there is no chance of geeting admission in nits , iits or government engineering colleges. But if you are from reserved category then still there is some chance .
I hope you have also applied for some other engineering colleges that conduct  entrance exams like bitsat, vit , srm ,etc.
So try to get admission in these colleges as they also have a very good reputation.

Congratulations for achieving such good score but according to your it difficult to get IIT or nit or IIIT but it depends upon your caste but you will definitely get some good private colleges
