Hello, as you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank. At this percentile it looks very diffult for you to get any good Nit, IIIT,Gfti
because cutoffs are very high, also cutoffs changes every year but you have to wait till spot round of counseling. As you have Obc category it would help you.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling
May be you would get some new Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya with lower branches like civil,mechanical engineering

You may also get gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar, Assam University,Tejpur University
