Let me first inform you that jEE mains paper 1 is for BE/Btech  admission in various colleges under JEE mains whereas JEE mains paper 2 is for admission in B.arch in various colleges under JEE.
So, you can't get a CSE branch through JEE mains paper 2 ,for that you need to apply for jje mains paper 1.
However, through JEE mains paper 2 you can go for architecture in various NITs.

As far as i know, JEE Main Paper 2 is solely for architecture and admission in B.Arch courses.

Kindly check and tell us if you are really talking about paper 2 or paper 1.

Paper 1 is for Engineering.

Paper 2 is for B.Arch and you cannot get CSE or any other engineering college with Paper 2.

You can't get admission in CSE branch of any college by using your JEE Mains Paper 2 percentile.
