Based on your percentile, your rank should lie within the range of 174012 - 195615 (approx). Since you are OBC candidate, based on rank as per previous year, it is less likely for you get any chance to pursue CSE from any Government Colleges but you are eligible for handful of private colleges from where you can purse CSE.
