It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & the exact rank. But a score of more than 85 percentile you should have the chance to qualify the exam. This score seems not enough to qualify the exam & chances are also less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can go for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh Etc.
