                According to your rank, you can't get the college in counselling process. But after the counselling process every NIT'S has 2 special rounds. So if you can wait till to then you can definitely get a stream under HS Quota in NIT KKR. As you are from OBC category, According to past year cut offs, you can get even branches like ECE & EE & also the lower branches - Civil & production.

So I would recommend you to wait till to special round 2 which will be worth it & we can get for sure branches like this.
