With rank, this low you might not get any college in Delhi as around 80% of the seats in Delhi's Engineering colleges are reserved for Delhi students. You should fill the counseling of JoSAA and CSAB. Chances are low that you get any college in the JoSAA counseling but you might get some college in the state of Uttarakhand which is allotted through CSAB. Again chances are low to get the good colleges in CSAB too but you should try. Also, fill as many colleges as you can in JoSAA too.

NOTE: If you could take a drop, then you should take a drop and prepare again with coaching(if affordable).
