With 85 percentile in jee mains paper 2, there's less chance for you to get a seat into any NITs or SPAs.

You can try for the CFTIs and carefully fill your choice filling for the counselling process of JoSAA.

Futher I suggest you to apply for any private B.arch institues too and apply for it if you have also appeared NATA.
