Based upon your percentile and last year predictions,you will roughly have a rank between 15k to 30 k. In this bracket it is tough to get into top IITs and NITs but you can try applying for NITs like NIT Raipur

NIT Jalandhar

NIT Durgapur

NIT Goa

NIT Raipur and IIITs like IIIT Allahabad.

There's also a good chance of admission into GFTIs as well.
