im sry but its very tough for u to get a really gud clg 

because only 15%seats are for other states..

my rank was 4532 in ts eamcet 2018 i didnt get seat in jntuh os osmania....cause 15%seats are for us in ts

and my ap was 6704 inm getting andhra clg 

better try in ts or

wait for all 2 or 3 councillings 

or get into nits or iit i u have chances
