Hello Dear
You can get the seat through State Counselling. Go at least for 3 rounds.

Thanks for asking your query, as per ranks in engineering and agriculture stream you may get admission but you have not mentioned your entrance exam and college details , therefore I would suggest you to mention your all necessary details.
