I consider you as a general category student. So first of all congratulations for your result. The reality is quite indigestive because 86 percentile can't get you into a good government college in CSE branch, so the best college you can get is in IP University of Delhi. Few colleges for which you can apply are ADGITM, BPIT, GTBIT and HMR. All these colleges comes under Delhi government affiliated IPU. The procedure to apply in IPU is that first you need to enroll yourself in the councilling by paying some amount and then there after 3 rounds of councilling, by the end of which your seat is finalised in the particular college.
