There very less chance to get top 10 colleges in IT (ISE is called in Bengaluru) but you can expect other colleges they are even good. You can else wait for spot round .

It would be difficult for getting admission in top 10 colleges in Karnataka, but definetly you can get admission in some college in Karnataka.
