Hello,
As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories- state quota(85%) and management quota
You have not mentioned your category. Anyways with 87k AIR you have high chances of getting Narayana Medical College under management quota. Contact the college directly for these seats but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
