Hello,

First of all choosing a particular stream should be more dependent on your interest for the subjects involved, you have scored decent percentage, if you have aspirations for medical, engineering field or most importantly if you find science subject interesting you should choose it, but remember that it's a personal choice, don't go for anything just because it's preferred by majority, and there is always a scope for improvement, if you put in more efforts I'm sure you are capable of achieving more good marks than what you have achieved now, so don't let aggregate alone become a deciding factor for choosing a stream, discuss this with your parents as well, you can seek their guidance also, your interest should essentially be the most important criteria here.
