Hello Aspirant, It will depend upon your category that you will be eligible for JEE Advanced or not.
Last year cutoff for different categories are

General Candidate - 89.75

Gen EWS Candidate - 78.21

OBC NCL Candidate - 74.31

SC Candidate - 54.01

ST Candidate - 44.33

PWD Candidate - 0.1137

So,it will totally depend upon which category you belong to, if you are from general category then from the year cutoff your are not eligible but if you belongs to EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PWD then you are eligible to give JEE Advanced.
